Arjith Shankar Ready For His Big Screen Debut

Arjith Shankar the son of director Shankar has officially entered the industry as an actor. Interestingly he first went to the U.S to study filmmaking but later decided to pursue acting.

To make his skills better he underwent training at the National School of Drama. His debut film was recently launched with a grand pooja ceremony in Chennai.

The movie is directed by Ashok who previously worked with director Atlee. Krithi Shetty plays the female lead while Passion Studios is producing this project.

The team have already begun shooting and are moving ahead quickly with the production.

A special attraction at the launch was Jason Sanjay, son of Vijay who attended the event to support his close friend Arjith. With high expectations surrounding him, Arjith now faces the challenge of proving himself as an actor for sure.
